𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑴𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒐 (メンフィス・ミラノ)は1981年に世界各国から若い才能を集め結成された多国籍デザイナー集団。
目指したのは、それ以前の合理性、機能性の追求の果てにおとなしくまとまった「優等生」なデザインを打ち破ること。
エネルギッシュで本能的な手ごたえのあるデザインを求めた彼らの活動は、1980年代における一大ムーブメント《ポストモダン》として一世を風靡しました。
グループの中心にあったのはイタリアの建築家・インダストリアルデザイナーであったエットレ・ソットサスでした。
